My opposition is based upon the following concerns:
1. Planning Application has been refused a number of time.
2. Traffic dangers and congestion.
3. Surface water flooding issues and sewerage -
4. Impact on local infrastructure and amenities - Doctor / dental
surgeries and schools are at full capacity without the extra burden that a 100 families in this development could bring. .
5. Listed building consideration - Cwrt Farm is currently a Grade 11* listed building.
6. Visual impact, green belt and urban sprawl
