Extremely large geographical size 10.32 hectares is totally disproportionate for Llangunnor. Significantly detrimentally impacting our village and surrounding area

Road infrastructure significant increase in traffic along Bolahaul, Blaengwastod Road, Rhiw Babell. Present congestion along Pensarn and Lôn Penymorfa and the other direction at the junction of Bolahaul with the A484
Llangunnor School Residents in Penymorfa Lane, Clos Sticle and Tregynnwr estate currently find traffic and parking being a major issue
Conclusion - scale of site would change the character of the area. Unable to cope with such a development without causing major upheaval within the community.
