Yn gwrthwynebu cynnwys y safle gan nodi pryderon ynghylch draenio a llifogydd, effaith ar wasanaethau lleol, seilwaith a chyfleusterau, capasiti priffyrdd, colli cefn gwlad agored o amgylch yr anheddiad, colli tir o werth ecolegol a bioamrywiaeth ac effaith ar ddiwylliant lleol a'r iaith Gymraeg.

Objects to the inclusion of the site citing concerns relating to drainage and flooding, impact on local services, infrastructure and facilities, highway capacity, loss of open countryside around the settlement, loss of land of ecological and biodiversity value and impact on local culture and the Welsh language.

Anghytuno; mae dyraniad y safle o fewn y Cynllun Datblygu Lleol (LDP) at ddibenion preswyl wedi cael ei ystyried yn llawn drwy'r dull asesu safleoedd. Fel rhan o'r broses asesu hon, paratowyd ffurflen safle fanwl, ac ystyriwyd unrhyw gyfyngiadau posibl.

Disagree, the allocation of the site within the LDP for residential purposes has been subject to full consideration through the site assessment methodology. As part of this assessment process a detailed site pro forma has been prepared, and any potential constraints have been considered.
