You need to demosntrate that an increase in housingg has taken into consideration the capability of the schools, GP's, road safety and amenities are capable of dealing with an increase in people and cars. Our public transport system is sub-standard compared to cities such as Swansea and Cardiff.

The Revised LDP has been subject to detailed assessments including the consideration of population and household projections. The Health Board and other statutory consultees, in addition to those within the local authority have been consulted as part of the preparatory process of the Plan. Furthermore significant evidence has been gathered as presented as part of our submission documents, and considered as part of the examination process.

The plan whilst responding to, and recognising infrastructure pressures also sets a long term vision and series of proposals which guide the location of future investments and growth.
