This site along with other proposals on the Bryn and Penllwyngwyn road amount to 9.430 Ha, of residential buildings. Without the already new houses built on the Bryn and Penderri road. Schools in this area are already struggling with the intake of children. Accessing the M4 from this area leads down into the small village road of Llangennech, which already sees more than 7,000 vehicles passing through every day. This village main road has resident parking along one side of the road which narrows it considerably especially when encountering large vehicles ie, buses. There are health and safety issues.
