Residents locally recognise that development at SR/ 049/ 002, land at Nantydderwen, has long-been planned by the local authority, and features in the current LDP. Whilst residents are generally accepting of the fact that this land is to be developed, their key request is that they are involved and consulted in terms of the design of the site.
