I feel this would impact on my privacy, as the ground level in this area is higher than my rear garden and I currently enjoy uninterrupted views from my home of the surrounding area.

Residents have expressed concerns with regards to SR/ 020/ 002 on the grounds that it would result in over-intensification of development at Capel Seion, a small hamlet on the outskirts of Drefach. Concerns also exist in terms of access onto Capel Seion Road, which has regular HGV traffic to the local quarry, and which is in need of improvements, particularly in terms of providing pavements down to the village of Drefach. Concerns also exist with regards to loss of privacy and historical drainage issues for neighbouring properties. Residents feel that this development would change the nature of the hamlet.
