This space between the houses and the park has no direct access from the road, unless you are intending to make access through the park? Which is already inadequate in space. Also when are the residents directly affected by this going to be consulted? Not everyone has facebook or even internet. Building here will affect the value of the surrounding propertys and the owners/residents should be consulted.

The Council object to the development in this area because there is insufficient parking now, and any further development would just add to the issues in the vicinity. In addition it is on a flood plain and so existing and any future residents would be faced with increased ongoing risk of water ingress and damage. The current development at this site is not well managed and it is feared that additional houses would only exacerbate the problem. It is right in the centre of the town and any development would also remove the visual amenity of the existing residents,
