This plot of land is not a field but woodland and parking area. With residential caravan?? Planning consent. This land does not access main road but a minor farm track which leads to 5 different properties which has a secluded entrance on the top of a brow, and with more traffic approaching the B road would give great concerns to access and egress. This area is of scientific interest due to a rare (very) Brown Hairstreak butterfly monitored by the Butterfly Conservation at winter. The ancient woodland also houses bats and healthy ash trees.
