Cwmfferws Road isn't suitable for further development. Over the last few years the council has allowed the destruction of oak trees , badger setts and wildlife habitat by granting permission for housing the lower end of the road. The design of the road is not suitable for high volumes of traffic which is what has happened over the last few years with the road been used as a shortcut. Allowing extra housing to be built in the green band would further more exacerbate the problem. Why can't we keep green areas in our village instead of urbanizing our countryside.
