I strongly object to this development in tumble on the grounds it would spoil our view and the traffic would be a lot more than what it is at the moment , and this part of the village is to nice to put that account of traffic, and noise

The Community Council objects to the development of this site as this area is a peat bog and should be conserved. Access and traffic in at this site is also an issue.

I believe this site is totally unsuitable for residential development for the following reasons:

1) this candidate site is on bog land, it's not suitable for development
2) draining this site may very well cause flooding problems to nearby properties
3) there is no mains sewerage available to accommodate any new build
4) Llannon Road is an extremely busy and dangerous road that has a speeding problem. Additional traffic and an entrance on to Llannon Rd from any proposed site would significantly increase the risk of road traffic accidents.

I do not believe candidate site number SR/158/013 off Llannon Road is suitable for residential development. It is bog land and there is no mains sewerage. I am also very concerned that a development on this site would create additional traffic on Llannon Road, which is already a very busy road.

We are losing more and more of our countryside to housing and so we are opposed to any development on Llannon Road, Upper Tumble.

We live opposite the proposed land - we came here in July 2014 - we had paid for a survey prior to moving re building opposite - we were told no:-
1. There is Japanese lockweed.
2. Wild protective flowers
3. March land not fit to build on.
We are oppose to any building for above reasons & also will loose our views.
