* More suitable sites that are infill namely opposite Ostrey Farm, Bethlehem Road & land to either side of the road towards the Whitland junction
*Poor viability to the proposed entrance due to blind spot on the hill & low winter sun
*Is there a housing need within Pwll Trap?
*No sustainability due to lack of jobs & poor public transport links
*Increase traffic to Carmarthen due to above lack of jobs
*Increased pollution
*Insufficient drainage capacity
*Poor drainage
