Currently there is difficulty getting appointments with doctors and dentists in the St Clears Area, this will have a significant impact on services and the health of residents of St Clears, impacting on A&E admissions.
Public transport is limited this forces residents to use their vehicles, increasing noise, pollution, wear and tear of roads. Heol goi itself is a dead end lane, current residents speed up and down the lane with no regard for others. There will be a further increase in traffic and pollution including accidents.
Houses do not sell quickly in the area, don't need more in area.
