Land is unsuitable for development - subsidence from former mine workings is a major issue.
1. Access is another significant problem - there are traffic issues on Coalbrook Road at present.
2. I feel strongly that there are far more suitable sites for development in our community.
3. Residents of Coalbrook/Llannon Road will lose the current green field view in favour of even more houses.

Dwi'n poeni am y cais yma. Mi fydd gwaith adeiladu yn y fan yma yn achygi cynnydd traffig. Cynnydd llwch a swn ac yn rhoi pwysau ar wasanaethau lleol mogis addysg ac iechyd. Bydd preifatrwydd ein cartref yn droddef yn fawr hefyd. Dwi'n poeni hefyd am subsidence gen fod hen siafftau glo dan y ddaear ar y safle. Dwi hefyd yn anghytune gyda'r defnydd o dir gwyrdd yn yr pentre.

I am concerned about this application. Building work here will cause an increase in traffic, an increase in dust and noise and will put pressure on local services such as education and health. The privacy of our home will also suffer greatly. I am also concerned about subsidence as there are old mine-shafts underground on the site. I also disagree with the use of green land in the village.
