Representation Summary:

I object the plan to build residential properties here due to the fact it will obstruct the views for all the houses already built by the land. Secondly, there is no clear entrance for the influx of traffic. Thirdly, with other plots in thr area there are not enough facilities in the area for an increase in population e.g shop, park and fiber optic. As well as this, adding additional water to drains is a flood risk to a field that already experiences flooding. Also, the mains sewer capacity might not be able to cope with the increase.

I don't believe that the roads, exiting out of Station Road are safe at the best of times without adding to the influx of traffic, putting children at risk at certain times of the day. Additionally mains and sewage issues would be almost certain

Representation Summary:

I completely object to this proposal. There are houses already going to be built the other side of the road and the area is a massive flood risk! Only a few months ago we saw the river come up near the Railway, additional housing would mean additional water to the drains and sewer - this will cause serious issues in future. They are looking to build everywhere on Station Road, a line must be drawn somewhere! Please reconsider, and block this land from being built on!!

My concern on this land is as follows.
Is the main foul drain capable of taking the extra waste?
Would this cause flooding as water from the properties would be collected into soackaways?
Access could be an issue!
Would disrupt the view for existing properties!

The entrances and exist to Nantgaredig I.e the single lane bridge and the dangerous junction from the A40 to station round can not handle the increase in traffic to the area. With 30 houses already organised for planning. This will be a health and safety issue with young kids in the area

Representation Summary:

Nantgaredig is a small village with limited school and GP places. . In addition the A40 around Nantgaredig is notoriously dangerous and could not cope with the additional traffic. This is a health and safety issue.
