Site SR/114/004 lies in the southern part of Milo. This site comprises land behind an existing row of linear built form, and would therefore constitute 'backland' development, which would detract from the linear pattern of development which exists within Milo.
Moreover, the suitability of this site for residential development is further hindered by a narrow access between two existing residential properties, which appears to make ready vehicular access to the site more problematical.
