The location is no suitable being a 'village' of houses or caravans due to the strain on the seweage system. The extra work at the location has changed the water coure and now the A4066 floods frequently when it rains. Drains are always blocked.

Over development of this area would reduce the beauty of the surroundings and with the felling of trees of significant interest to the listed garden there will be a detrimental effect not only of the country side itself but also the wonderful wild life we currently enjoy.

I will reserve further judgement on this proposed development until or when a full planning application is submitted to the council and will respond with more detailed comments. Past experience leads to me to be cautious about any further proposed applications to this listed garden at Llanmiloe House.

Proposed Development of Hotel Lodges and Sustainable in Llanmiloe by the owner of Llanmiloe House
I write in connection with the above Local Development Plan at Llanmiloe House and I have examined the plans and I know the site well having lived here with my family for 40 years. I wish to object strongly to the development of these lodges and the sustainable village in this location.
Llanmiloe is a small, quiet and somewhat quaint little village where development proposals of this kind should be considered very carefully: the talk of hotel lodges or sustainable villages are in fact static caravans cladded in plastic to simulate wooden lodges and which I feel could ruin the character and appeal of the village. The protection of Llanmiloe House grounds both visual and historic qualities are covered by a Grade 2 listing which in my opinion should remain protected and has already been breached with excavations and felling of trees directly behind my property (West Bungalow) and beyond, the result of which has caused excessive surface water flowing down the gradient into my property as well as that as both my neighbours causing garden flooding. Llanmiloe properties. We live in a very extra quiet location away from the rest of the village and to have this serenity disturbed by a businessman's' plans is very concerning for us all.

Does control a number of stone drains, water mains, electric cables etc. it must be remembered the hill at the rear is more than 400 feet above sea level so it collects water, we have a lot of water coming through these drains.
