Respondent: Mrs Janet Thomas

Representation Summary:

Mae'r tir hwn yn dir amaethyddol da ac yn gynefin naturiol y mae angen ei ddiogelu o ran amgylchedd iach a negydu effeithiau carbon. Nid oes restr aros am dai yn Llanddarog ac mae'r ysgol gynradd yn llawn. Mae'r datblygiadau sydd ynghlwm â'r safleoedd ymgeisio yn Llanddarog ar raddfa drefol, yn afresymol ac yn hurt o ystyried yr effeithiau ar natur y pentref, yr amgylchedd, y llif traffig a'r gwasanaethau carthffosiaeth. Gwrthwynebaf hefyd oherwydd byddai codi tai ar y safle hwn yn golygu y byddai deiliaid y tai cyfagos yn colli eu preifatrwydd ac yn dioddef sŵn ac anhwylusdod mawr.

Respondent: Mr Rhodri Davies

Representation Summary:

I object based on the entry and exit location to the field. The visibility from the main road is poor and there has previously been a fatal collision. Where the entry point is, there is a lay-by in front of 3 properties which allows parking during the day. This could also be detrimental to the visibility.
The local school is full and more houses would put an extra burden on the education provided locally. The area is rural and more houses would spoil the rural feel of the village and become too populated.

Noder, mae'r gwrthwynebiad yma ar rhan Dr Goronwy Jones, Mindirardi, Mr Elfryn Williams Talar Deg a Mr Rhodri Davies, Cae'r Llwyn; y tri yn byw ger SR/078/002. Nid yw'r datblygiad arfaethedig yma yn gyson gyda Papur Pwnc Cyngor Caerfyrddin "Terfynau Datblygu" Para 3.8 ("parch at gymeriad pentref"; Para 4.3 ("gwledig v trefol") a Para 8.6 ("Gorlenwi", eisoes disgwylir rhagor o dai yn Landdarog :W26987. *Diogelwch : Byddai'r fynedfa yn dod allan i encilfa (lay-by) gyda chwyddiant sylweddol iawn yn ei ddefnydd, yn arwain at dagfa. Amcanestyniadau 2014 Llywodraeth Cymru DDIM yn disgwyl cynnydd mawr ym mhoblogaeth Sir Gar.

Respondent: Mrs Margaret Rees

Representation Summary:

The respondent objects to the site for the following reasons:
2.2.7 - 2.2.10
The land opposite the Village Hall is classified as 'Amber' - adjudged as being in doubt. This statement is incorrect as this site is in the process of being sold to a developer and once conveyance has been completed construction work will commence on 16 properties.

2.3.3
Site is adjoining Llanddarog Primary School but the school is already at full capacity,
2.2.3
Any vehicles parked in the lay-by will obstruct visibility and the 90m required will not be achievable.

3.1.3
Vehicle speeds along the B4310 are 30 mph rather than the 20 mph speed limit stated.

3.2.4 There are no drainage ditches discharging to the Gwendraeth Fach

Furthermore, the proposed developments at Llanddarog do not comply with the requirements of The Wellbeing and Future Generation Act.

The proposed site will create two accesses within close proximity to each other which creates a serious safety hazard especially with the volume of parents' cars that drop-off/pick-up children from the school.

The published Predictive Agricultural Land Classification appears to be incorrect when used as a guide to planners/developers for this locality.
