Strongly object due to unsuitability of Heol Felen - Very poor visibility pulling onto Folland road, no footpaths, road single track wide with sharp bend so already no room for the growing traffic, road badly affected by heavy rain causing flooding.
Also Unsuitability of Folland road due to low visibility, excess parked cars, no footpaths, difficulty getting on to Cwmamman road currently at peak times.
Doctors surgery currently unable to keep up with demand.
Extra high volume of traffic dangerous to pedestrians and vehicles.
Negative impact on wildlife eg bats, owls, protected oak trees.

Along with many neighbours I have signed a petition showing our major concerns. Most of us were unaware of the proposal for buildings until this week.

We the residents of Heol Felen, Clos Felen, Folland Road and surrounding areas would like to express our concerns by means of opposing to the proposed Developments opposite Heol Felen which will not only have a detrimental effect on Heol Felen and Folland Road but also on the surrounding areas and facilities in the surrounding areas.

Below is a compilation of complaints and concerns that have been brought up by all the residents regarding the effects this development will have on the area we live in.
