*Access road very narrow one track road which is only the width of a single vehicle.
*No pull in's on the road to allow vehicles to pass each other safely.
*Increased amount of traffic passing behind our property would be a safety issue.
*Increased traffic would cause noise disturbance.
*Currently the road is only used for pedestrian use and dog walkers. Not only residents of our estate but also locals of Foelgastell. Regular vehicle use will be a risk to such pedestrians as again there are no areas to allow safe passage.
*Loss of privacy and overlooking into our property.

With regards to SR/ 062/ 001 there are concerns locally around the suitability of the access to the site and also the potential loss of privacy to residents of Parc y Gelli.
