Representation Summary:

This site should not be allocated for development unless a secondary access is provided to the site. Currently the natural access route would be via Heol Llwyd and through the existing Dol y Dderwen development. However, this access route is already over capacity as it serves over 230 dwellings from the point you pass the park at Riverside and Glan yr Afon turning.

This is unsafe as any accident in the location (such as a child being knocked over on their way to the park) would mean that all these houses would be inaccessible should emergency vehicles require further access past this point.
