The respondent objects to the exclusion of the candidate site in the initial assessment of sites. The respondent notes that the village of Llandyfan is of sufficient scale and character with sufficient facilities to be considered appropriate to receive development in the Revised Local Development Plan and should not be categorised as open countryside.

It is on this basis that I am wholeheartedly supportive of the candidate sites suggested for Llandyfan as these will help to support the viability of the pub through increased clientel.
