Middleton-Bargoed- J Edwards MP is advised that the site lies within a flood zone. Furthermore, it is stated that the site has existing problems regarding surface water and floods due to developments on flood zones. The constituents also have concerns regarding the substantial impact on neighbouring properties. J Edwards MP trusts that CCC will consider these objections as part of the consultation process and that they will form part of CCC response and adjustments to the plan going forward.

Fields adjacent to Llwyn Henri. J Edwards MP states that his constituents believe that the building of 32+ houses would have an overbearing impact on the area and neighbouring properties. It is stated that development would not be sustainable due to the loss of an agricultural field and an increase in traffic and congestion. J Edwards MP trusts that CCC will consider these objections as part of the consultation process and that they will form part of CCC response and adjustments to the plan going forward.
