Nid wyf yn gwrthwynebu'r safle hwn ei hun, mae hanner y safle eisoes wedi'i gynnwys o fewn y Cynllun Datblygu Lleol presennol ac yn destun cais cynllunio cyfredol W/38125. Rwyf innau a mwyafrif trigolion Llan-gain yn gwrthwynebu defnyddio Dôl-y-dderwen fel mynedfa i'r safle. Mae'n safle sylweddol a byddai'r traffig ychwanegol yn achosi dirywiad difrifol yn amodau byw trigolion Dôl-y-dderwen oherwydd natur gyfyng y ffordd bresennol. Mae ateb cyfleus ar gael, sef gosod amod cynllunio I'r datblygwr orfod ehangu Heol-y-llan, sy'n arwain yn uniongyrchol at y safle o'r B4312, yn fynedfa iddo. Rhowch les trigolion o flaen elw datblygwyr.

There is no legal access to the proposed site as I own the lane which only leads to Waunllongau and Pwlldu and my own agricultural

I fail to see that changes would make any difference as there is no access to the proposed sites

Ymatebydd: Llangain Community Council

The proposed development would be on a piece of land whose access would be onto a main road bringing with it additional traffic etc . It is also a fast piece of road with bends on both sides thus causing visibility problems.
The Council also feel that having a housing development at the location would spoil the natural beauty of the area.

Precarious access to main road (B4312).
Site contains overflow of sewage system form Waun Llongau residence.
Right of way to site problematic.
