Access to the land is restricted as there is only a narrow single lane which the plot as right of way. There are are dwellings either side, therefore no possibility to widen. Being the owner of this lane we would object to any widening. Heol Dinefwr is an unadopted road & maintenance is left to the residence, therefore increase in traffic will cause further damage. This road has not been built to take an increase in traffic or heavy machinery that would need access to develop the land.

Residents have stated that development of SR/ 062/ 002 and SR/ 062/005 would be inappropriate due to access issues and would result in developments which are unconnected to the rest of the village. Concerns have also been raised that the sewerage system in the area of Heol Dinefwr would not be able to cope with additional development, and that previous planning applications in this area have been refused on this basis.

In regard to the 003-002 sites, I would assume that access would be from local Dinefwr lane, this lane is already narrow and in poor condition, it is narrow with only one parking space, other than owner's driveways. A huge amount of traffic already uses this lane, including gas and oil service lorries, so extra traffic including lorries carrying building materials would cause so much congestion and stress and drainage to the lane.
I hope that my concerns are considered, and a reply on your decision would be appreciated.
