Reasons for wanting site put forward:
Have lived in Mill Terrace for 38 years and want to stay there.
Site has been owned by me for 25 years.
It is currently used for my stables which I want to reside by. The site has easy access from the main road, water and electricity immediately next to the site. Building there would have limited environmental impact.
