My opposition is based upon the following concerns:

1. Traffic dangers
2. Surface water flooding issues and sewerage
3. Listed building consideration - Cwrt Farm is currently a Grade 11*
listed building. The proposed development would completely ruin the setting
of this unique heritage,
4. Impact on local infrastructure, amenities and local communities -
Doctor / dental surgeries and schools are at full capacity without the
extra burden that this and other developments could bring.
5. Welsh Language and culture
6. Visual impact
7. Loss of habitat and hedgerows
