Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:

If the access is from Mountain Road then this is wholly unsuited to additional traffic.
The A484 is already seriously congested with large queues forming every morning/evening.
Pembrey is a tourist area and promoted as such by Carmarthenshire County Council (Country Park, Cefn Sidan beach, Race Track, etc) and heavy traffic/congestion will put visitors off.
Pembrey Mountain is a haven for wildlife and these must be catered for and protected.
Flooding is a real risk for local residents. These fields have significant water run off during wet weather.
