I object for the following reasons:
There is planning permission already granted for approximately 250 houses in Tycroes.
Planning permission has already been granted for over 100 residential properties on the current factory sites on Heol Ddu which would have the same access point which is from a single track lane with passing points.
Drainage and flooding issues.
Residents have raised concerns about another potential large scale development in the area.
Inadequate infrastructure.
Inadequate Health Care provision to cope with increase in population.
Lack of school places to deal with an increase in pupil numbers.
