Yn gwrthwynebu cynnwys y safle, gan nodi pryderon ynghylch yr iaith Gymraeg, draenio a llifogydd, cynnydd mewn traffig, agosrwydd at SoDdGA (Safle o Ddiddordeb Gwyddonol Arbennig), colli cymeriad ac amwynder, a gorddatblygu'r anheddiad.
Objects to the inclusion of the site, citing concerns regarding the welsh language, drainage and flooding, increased traffic, proximity to a SSSI, loss of character, amenity and over development of the settlement.
Anghytuno; mae dyraniad y safle o fewn y Cynllun Datblygu Lleol (LDP) at ddibenion preswyl wedi cael ei ystyried yn llawn drwy'r dull asesu safleoedd. Fel rhan o'r broses asesu hon, paratowyd ffurflen safle fanwl, ac ystyriwyd unrhyw gyfyngiadau posibl.
Disagree, the allocation of the site within the LDP for residential purposes has been subject to full consideration through the site assessment methodology. As part of this assessment process a detailed site pro forma has been prepared, and any potential constraints have been considered.
