This site is along a single track no through road with a 90o bend between it and the village road. Any development, particularly multiple, would mean more traffic down this lane. There are few amenities in the village, no shop, school, only three buses a week, thus the use of a car is essential to anyone moving here. Houses here do not sell quickly, one in the lane has been for sale for a number of years, and we believe the need for new development in this village is neither necessary nor sustainable by the services available.
