Objects to MACM/SeC6/c citing concerns regarding Flood Risk and Drainage Constraints, Biodiversity and Ecological Impact, Impact on the Rural Landscape and Urban Sprawl, Cumulative Development Impact, Traffic, Congestion and Highway Safety, Previous Planning Assessments and Proximity to Environmentally Sensitive Areas.
Anghytuno; mae dyraniad y safle o fewn y Cynllun Datblygu Lleol (LDP) at ddibenion preswyl wedi cael ei ystyried yn llawn drwy'r dull asesu safleoedd. Fel rhan o'r broses asesu hon, paratowyd ffurflen safle fanwl, ac ystyriwyd unrhyw gyfyngiadau posibl.
Disagree, the allocation of the site within the LDP for residential purposes has been subject to full consideration through the site assessment methodology. As part of this assessment process a detailed site pro forma has been prepared, and any potential constraints have been considered.
