Objects to MAC,/SeC6/c citing concerns such as Lack of Demonstrated Need, Impact on the Welsh Language, Unsuitable Land Conditions, Historical Drainage and Flooding Issues, Flood Risk, Failure of Existing Infrastructure, Traffic and Transport Concerns, Environmental Impact, Impact on Residents and Overdevelopment and Infrastructure Strain.

Anghytuno; mae dyraniad y safle o fewn y Cynllun Datblygu Lleol (LDP) at ddibenion preswyl wedi cael ei ystyried yn llawn drwy'r dull asesu safleoedd. Fel rhan o'r broses asesu hon, paratowyd ffurflen safle fanwl, ac ystyriwyd unrhyw gyfyngiadau posibl.

Disagree, the allocation of the site within the LDP for residential purposes has been subject to full consideration through the site assessment methodology. As part of this assessment process a detailed site pro forma has been prepared, and any potential constraints have been considered.
