Objects to the inclusion of MACM/SeC6/c citing concerns regarding privacy, loss of countryside, harm to landscape character and permanent damage to the local environment, drainage and flood risk, biodiversity and ecological impact, traffic, highway safety and accessibility, pressure on local infrastructure and services, previous planning assessments and the cumulative impact on the community

Anghytuno; mae dyraniad y safle o fewn y Cynllun Datblygu Lleol (LDP) at ddibenion preswyl wedi cael ei ystyried yn llawn drwy'r dull asesu safleoedd. Fel rhan o'r broses asesu hon, paratowyd ffurflen safle fanwl, ac ystyriwyd unrhyw gyfyngiadau posibl.

Disagree, the allocation of the site within the LDP for residential purposes has been subject to full consideration through the site assessment methodology. As part of this assessment process a detailed site pro forma has been prepared, and any potential constraints have been considered.
