I object to the change of use as it will significantly increase the amount of traffic using the Mountain Road from Trimsaran to Pembrey. This proposal along with the SR/016/018 proposal will provide a rat run for traffic through Mumbles Head Park, which will result in quite a dangerous scenario change to our estate due to speeding traffic using it as a diversionary road.

Furthermore the land proposed for change of use is over an existing drift mine dating from the early 1800's, constructed with a vent shaft and chimney on the site. Surely this cannot be a safe proposal.
