There are inadequate facilities for healthcare and education. There are waiting list at doctors surgeries and schools. The road network will not be able to cope with an increase in housing. The local M4 junction is currently beyond saturation point. There are inadequate drainage and sewerage systems.
This development would have disastrous consequences for wildlife. Red kits nest in this area.
