There is inadequate infrastructure for education and healthcare to support an increase in local population. There are currently no school spaces. There is inadequate drainage and sewerage facilities for more homes. The road network is saturated.
This area is a red kite nesting area.
This would be a further reduction in the green belt which is socially unacceptable.
