Insufficient school facilities, infrastructure, road network, healthcare facilities.
Inadequate sewage and drainage facilities.
Llangennech suffers from road congestion at all times of the day. M4 motorway junction is currently unable to cope with existing traffic. More traffic may prove fatal.
Wildlife at risk. This area is a red kite nesting location. Further erosion of green belt is not desirable.
