Far too many houses proposed for Pembrey. Great concern over water run off in this area the A484 already has surface water when it rains which is hazardous especially in the winter when it freezes. Residents are very concerned about flooding.
Increased traffic on A484 will be a nightmare should all the proposed planning for houses in the area go ahead. We do not need another Sandy Lane situation.
Wildlife habitate will be threatened and conservation of trees needs protecting.
The green belt and countryside of Pembrey is going to be lost forever.
Doctors and Schools already under pressure.
