Far too many houses on this proposed development. Great concern over drainage and water overrun and off the fields plans do not sufficiently address this. Residents very concerned about flooding which is already an issue.
Increased traffic on A484 will be hazardous and dangerous due to the location of Garreglwyd which plans to service potentially 200+ vehicles.
Wildlife habitate of dormice and bats threatened and they need to be protected.
The Heritage site Court Farm will no longer be seen and will be a great loss
The green belt of Pembrey is going to sadly disappear.
