Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
1. Access would be problematic, with no clear and unrestricted sightlines.
2. The field is very wet and would be subject to drainage problems.
3.The road from which access would be obtained is already extremely busy. It is used by many as a rat-run.
4. Building on this field would result in the joining of Carmarthen to Cwmffrwd.
