Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
1. An erosion of the green belt area which separates Bryn village and Llangennech village.
2. Heavy traffic through from M4, already feeding a busy catchment built-up area.
3. Increasing noise from main road traffic, made worse by speed bumps.
4. Area is oversubscribed for Doctor surgery, dentist and schools.
5. Increasing onroad parking with traffic frequently using Penllwyngwyn Drive, small junction to turn back onto the main road, often obstructed with parked cars.
