Crynodeb o'r Gynrychiolaeth:
1. Road Network being unable to cope with extra traffic, bearing in mind there are new builds opposite as well.
2. Access & Egress to the site opposite another new built site.
3. Insufficient and inadequate infrastructure to cope with the amount of houses that would be built.
4. Where are the children going to go to school?
5. Are the people moving in able to register with local Doctors Surgery?
