The respondent objects to the site being developed for the following reasons:
- Access to Black Lion Rd from Derwen Estate is already causing problems;
- The increased volume of traffic would have road safety implications;
- Additional effect upon the amenity of the existing residential area;
- Effects upon habitats/species in the surrounding area.
