What evidence is there that the Ward of Pembrey is an area of high housing need, when the overall trend indicates a decrease in Carmarthenshire's household projections?

If this land is developed for residential use it will add, along with further development being considered for Pembrey/ Burry Port, to the already congested A484.
4. Drainage
At present when it rains the road below these fields quickly become immersed in water. 5. There is an Ancient Monument on the site.
