I believe this site is totally unsuitable for residential development for the following reasons:
1) this candidate site is on bog land, it's not suitable for development
2) draining this site may very well cause flooding problems to nearby properties
3) there is no mains sewerage available to accommodate any new build
4) Llannon Road is an extremely busy and dangerous road that has a speeding problem. Additional traffic and an entrance on to Llannon Rd from any proposed site would significantly increase the risk of road traffic accidents.
