The respondent objects to the site for the following reasons:
- loss of visual amenity;
- land unsuitable for development;
- over develops Fforest Village;
- increased demand on drainage & utility services;
- extra demand on Doctors etc & School;
- increased traffic through Fforest/Hendy & at J38 M4;
- delete SR/069/003 from LDP.
