I object to the planning proposal for the following reasons:-

1) It will destroy our unobstructed view of the countryside.

2) The council plots were initially sold with countryside views.

3) It's likely to lower the value of my property that I recently purchased at a premium.

4) There are a number of sites in Whitland with approved planning in addition to the brown sites that are in desperate need of development.

5) Why not extend current estates that are closer to the amenities of the town.

6) The proposed development will have a detrimental impact on the environment.
