The respondent objects to the site for the following reasons:
- lack of access "land locked";
- no access to drainage services/utility services;
- over development;
- extra demand on Doctors etc & School;
- increased traffic through Fforest/Hendy & at J38 M4;
The respondent wishes to see the site deleted from the LDP.
