Ymatebydd: To whom it concerns

I object to the site being changed from agricultural to residential usage, for the following reasons:

1.Loss of green belt
2.Lack of infrastructure
3.Road congestion during the Summer months already an issue ,will get worse.
4.That stretch of the A484 well known for accidents especially the Furnace Rd junction and the area of Danlan Rd ,both of which are nearby.
5.Lack of school places with the rise in village population.
6.Villager's will find it difficult to get doctor's appointments due to increased population.
7.Outdated sewer system will find it difficult to cope with so many new properties.
8.Kymer canal already flooding
9.That stretch of the A484 already well known for flooding from the mountain.
10.Approx.over 300 houses asking for planning permission on the stretch of road from Pembrey flats to Moreb....too many on one stretch of road.
